When placing a deposit you agree to the following.

• We reserve the right to refuse sale to any person without reason.
• We will not sell or release a rabbit to anyone under the age of 16 unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
• All deposits are final, and will not be returned for change of mind. Rabbits will not be held unless a 50% deposit is paid. We accept
  Direct-Deposit, Money Order, PayPal or Cheque when making a deposit. Rabbits will not be released until full payment is received
• Rabbits are to be collected from the Greenpatch Rabbit Stud at Springwood in the Blue Mountains at an agreed upon date & time. Unless alternate arrangements are made before a deposit is placed.
• A lodging fee of $5 per full week will be charged for a rabbit kept on hold after 8 weeks of age.
• If a buyer fails to collect their rabbit at the agreed upon date and fails to arrange an alternative collection date within 7 business days, they will forfeit their deposit and the rabbit will be placed back on the market.
• We will not release a baby rabbit under 8 weeks of age. If we believe an individual kitten needs a longer period of time weaning, we reserve the right to keep it until an appropriate time in its development to release it from it mother.
• Although we take every care in sexing kittens, we cannot guarantee the sex of any kitten, sometimes kittens can be very difficult to sex.
• All rabbits that leave my stud will be healthy and accompanied with a pedigree or birth certificate, rabbit care information sheet, a bag of current food and free endless after sales advice.
• I am happy for you to bring your pet rabbit back to me for a general health check and to cut nails free of charge.
• We encourage buyers and anyone who is interested in having a rabbit as a pet to visit our rabbit stud for advice and to meet our rabbits. This is a good way to see what breed is for you, and to see what your baby bunny will eventually resemble, in both general type and temperament. Something you cannot do in a pet shop.

We are not a business and do not and will not breed to order.

Not all our baby rabbits will be destined for the show table, and the ones that do not quite meet the standard would make either excellent breeding stock or lovable pets. All of our rabbits are well handled from a young age, as we dedicate a lot of my time to them.

Sound temperament and health are of the utmost importance, and we strive to breed these qualities into our lines. All of our Mini Lop, Dutch, Tan, Smoke Pearl & Mini Rex that are within our breeding programs have been carefully selected from top quality lines.

Any money received from the sale of a rabbit goes straight back towards my overheads of keeping rabbits, housing, bedding, feed, exhibiting & vet fees. I do not make a profit, as any other registered member will tell you, there is no profit in this hobby.
